Hailing from Oscoda, MI Kelsey Stoley started as a pastry chef with Simply Scrumptious in 2016. Even at a young age Kelsey knew she wanted to be a pastry chef. Spoon in hand she would spend much of her free time with her mom in the kitchen baking. Those formative years lead to her cooking professionally after graduating from Schoolcraft College (Baking/Pastry) 15 years ago. Over the years she has been learning how to best serve the community with inspired dishes as well as simple crowd pleasers. Kelsey now leads the kitchen not only as a chef, but as the new owner of Simply Scrumptious.
Chef Eduardo Rubio has cooked at some of your favorite places in Ann Arbor for the past 15 years; most recently he was the executive chef at Fresh Forage and is here to share his wealth of knowledge from his years in the local restaurant industry. With his culinary talents he makes every dish beautiful and delicious.
